    What You'll Do/Need

    The Business Support Analyst Intern serves as the liaison between our first-level tech support team and our Business Analysts. The Business Support Analyst is an excellent communicator, a tactful diplomat, a problem-solver, a thinkers and an analyzer, and they have the ability to understand and respond to user needs in a rapidly changing business environment.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Work with team leaders to prioritize and ensure timeliness of responses to tickets
    • Understand business processes and systems
    • Provide proactive updates on impacted applications to business partners and leaders with regard to production issues
    • Share with the relevant teams and document the resolution to common problems
    • Establish effective working relationships with business and IT partners
    • Work with IT or business partners to resolve production issues
    • Support multiple applications 

    Requirements

     

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree, mortgage lending work experience or equivalent  IT work experience
    • Ability to respond to tickets
    • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines, set appropriate expectations and juggle multiple responsibilities
    • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or the equivalent
    • Experience with programs such as SQL and Splunk
